Put an account on a Growth-tier plan and it also gets WhatsApp, the booking bot and the document knowledge base.
You can open any account as its owner to configure services, hours, prices and the chatbot's tone, then invite your client to log in. The chat widget is locked to the client's domain.
You pay $249 a month. Your clients pay you whatever you charge them; we never bill your clients. Every account you create includes 1,500 conversations and 1,000 AI replies per month, whichever plan you put it on. Your own website gets a chatbot too, with 500 conversations and 1,000 AI replies a month.
Inboxxit branding stays on the widget and in the app; there is no white-label option. There are no invoicing tools for your clients; you bill them your own way. Account allowances are hard limits that reset each month. More than 10 accounts is not self-serve yet: contact us and we will set up a larger licence by hand. If your licence lapses, your clients' accounts keep working until the date you have paid through, then go read-only.
