From your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, and upload the Inboxxit plugin .zip (or search "Inboxxit" once it is live in the WordPress.org directory).
Turn the plugin on from your Plugins list.
Open the Inboxxit menu in your WordPress sidebar and paste your account key, found in your Inboxxit dashboard under widget settings.
Once your key is verified, the chat widget appears on your site automatically.
