After your 14-day trial you choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your account pauses but your data is saved — upgrade any time to pick up where you left off.
What is the founder rate?
Customers who start on the entry plan (Website Chatbot or WhatsApp Chatbot) within the first three months of launch keep a $39/mo founder rate for as long as they stay subscribed. After the window, the entry plan is $59/mo.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades unlock new features immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Is the AI really included?
Yes — the grounded chatbot and buying-intent scoring are part of every plan (smart replies and in-chat AI booking are on Growth and up). No per-response charges and no add-on AI fees. Each plan just has a monthly response allowance.
What counts as a "conversation"?
A conversation is one unique chat thread with a visitor or customer. Multiple messages in the same thread count once. The count resets each month.
